Refund Eligibility & Timeline

To be eligible for a refund or free revision, you must:

• Request the refund within 7 days of receiving your completed video
• Provide specific feedback about what you'd like changed (for revision requests)
• Have received the final video product (not applicable to cancelled orders before creation begins)

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

2. Include your order ID (found in your confirmation email)
3. Let us know whether you'd prefer a revision or full refund
4. If requesting a revision, please provide specific feedback

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

• Processing: We review and approve eligible refunds within 24 hours
• Payment Return: Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
• Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

• Requests made more than 7 days after video delivery
• Technical issues on the customer's end (unable to download or view the video)
• Changes to the original order requirements after creation has begun
• Dissatisfaction based on limitations clearly stated in our service description
